Luxury Interior PartS 

As part of the release of the Range Rover SVAutobiography, WCM engineered and manufactured a collection of luxury interior parts

Situated throughout the vehicle, they include a Captain’s Armrest Knob for a seat adjustment, coat hook, both brake and accelerator pedals, Cigar Bung, seat rail finishers and a key fob trim. The culmination of these parts emphasise the luxuriousness of the Autobiography vehicle.

WCM is involved throughout the design and engineering phase of the project, using its knowledge and experience of maturing parts through production through careful design development with the customer The parts have been manufactured though a number of processes including Die Casting, Chroming, Injection Moulding, Metal Pressing and High Speed CNC. As interior parts they are very much in the eye line of passengers. It is therefore essential that they are of the highest visual quality. It is achieved through the careful engineering of the manufacturing processes, for instance ensuring the Die Casting of parts leave no evident tool lines on any visible surface.
